1 Pour the oil into a medium saucepan. Add the onion and 2 tablespoons of the water. Cook, stirring frequently, until the onion is very tender, about 15 minutes.
2 Stir in the peas, the remaining 2 tablespoons of water, the oregano, and the salt. Cover and cook until the peas are tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
