1 Scrub the zucchini with a brush under cold running water. Trim off the ends. Cut the zucchini into 1/8-inch slices.
2 In a large skillet, cook the onion in the oil over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until the onion is tender and golden, about 10 minutes. Add the garlic and marjoram and cook 1 minute more.
3 Stir in the zucchini slices and salt and pepper to taste. Cook 5 minutes.
4 Add the prosciutto and cook until the zucchini are tender, about 2 minutes more. Serve hot.
