Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl make a well in center of mixture. Combine milk, oil and egg add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from pan immediately and dip muffin tops in melted butter. Combine 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon sprinkle sugar mixture over top of each muffin. Yield: About 1 dozen.
