Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Beat eggs, milk, flour, salt for pancake. Melt butter on stove in a CAST IRON skillet. As soon as butter is hot, pour in batter and place in preheated oven. After 15 minutes, lower to 350 degrees for 10 more minutes. Saute sliced apples in butter add sugar and cinnamon. Firm but not soft. Slide cooked pancake onto a platter pour apple mixture only on one side and fold the pancake over the apples. Drizzle butter over and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Slice and serve.
