Whisk together the egg substitute, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg. Put bread slices into 9x13 inch pan. Pour egg mixture over bread and let sit for 20 minutes. Brush baking sheet with half of melted margarine. Arrange the soaked bread on the sheet. Drizzle with the remaining margarine. Bake in a preheated oven about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove and serve with jam or syrup.
