Mix first 3 ingredients and press into pizza pan. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cream the cream cheese, white sugar and vanilla together and spread over the crust. Slice the fruit and spread it over the cream in a pattern. Pour glaze over fruit and chill. Cook until thickened.
