Blend sugar, butter, shortening, baking powder, flavorings and eggs at low speed with electric mixer. Then 3 minutes on high, stir in flour. Spread 2/3 of batter in well greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Spread filling over batter drop remaining batter by tablespoons over filling. Bake at 350 degrees. Glaze while warm.
GLAZE:
Mix 1 cup confectioners sugar with 1-2 tablespoons milk.
