Dissolve 2 packets of dry yeast in 2 cups of warm water. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 egg and 1/2 cup oil. Mix well. Add 7 or 8 cups flour knead. Let stand until 10:00. Roll out the dough spread with butter, cinnamon and sugar (I add a little nutmeg, too!). Roll up (lengthwise). Cut rolls about 3/4 to 1 inch wide. Place in greased pans (two 9x13 inch). Let rise overnight. Bake at about 6:00 a.m. at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Cool. Frost with powdered sugar frosting. Enjoy!
