Mix sauce ingredients together and simmer on low for 5 minutes. Then mix together the meatloaf ingredients except for the hamburger.
Let stand for 15 minutes then add hamburger to the mixture and knead until the mixture holds together well. Shape into a ring and put into an oiled Dutch oven.
Turn burner to low and place 18 to 20 hot charcoal on lid of Dutch oven.
Cook for 15 to 25 minutes on burner with coals, then remove from the burner.
Drain grease and pour sauce on top and in the middle of the ring.
Cook with coals only on the lid for an additional 35 to 40 minutes. Check often. This is great served with steamed rice.
