Mix flour, paprika, chili powder, salt and seasoning salt together.
Heat 14" Dutch oven with medium heat then add oil.
Dredge chicken in flour and cook in oil until both sides are well browned adding more oil if necessary.
While chicken is browning mix remaining ingredients to make a sauce.
When chicken is browned pour sauce over chicken, cover and cook at low heat for 25 to 30 minutes more. Check often and turn if needed.
Add more moisture if sauce begins to become too thick
