Preheat your oven with about 10 charcoal briquettes (coals) underneath.
While the oven is heating prepare the vegetables and set aside in a big bowl.
Cut the butter into three or four chunks and add to the oven. Move it around until it melts and starts to bubble. (a wooden spoon works well)
Add the chicken breasts and brown for one minute per side, turning once.
Remove the chicken and set aside.
Add the vegetables and stir to coat.
Cut (or don’t cut) the chicken any way you like and put on the top of the vegetables.
Add a can of your favorite cream of something soup, right on top.
Put the lid on. Put 8-10 coals under and 14-16 around the outside of the lid and then just leave it alone until the coals are almost dead.
Season to taste.
