Mix the yeast with water and let stand for fifteen minutes.
Combine butter, eggs, sugar, and salt, blend well.
Add the milk and then the yeast. Add the flour until you get a good dough ball.
Let it stand until it doubles. Punch down and roll the dough flat.
Cut into rounds, put butter on each roll and the chopped garlic, and the Parmesan.
Fold the rolls and place in oven. Cook at 350°F for about 60 minutes.
About 5 minutes before serving sprinkle top of rolls with some Parmesan.
