Over medium heat in a Dutch oven, brown hamburger, onion and season with salt, garlic and pepper.
Remove meat and drain the grease from Dutch oven.
Spoon 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce onto bottom of Dutch oven.
Starting with the noodles, alternate layers of the noodles, spaghetti sauce, meat mixture, pepperoni, and ricotta cheese. End lasagna with spaghetti sauce and both cheeses.
Cover, turn burner to low and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
You can also place 15 to 20 hot charcoal coals on lid of Dutch oven if you would like the top to brown.
