Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes, then season with salt, pepper and curry.
Fry in a Dutch oven with cooking oil over medium heat until golden brown. Add the broccoli and toss to mix.
In a separate bowl mix the soup, milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheeses.
Pour over chicken and broccoli then spread bread crumb mixture evenly over top of soup mixture.
Place 16 to 18 hot charcoal coals on lid of Dutch oven. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes on a low burner with coals.
Remove from burner and cook with coals on top only for another 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve over steamed rice with garlic toast.
