To Prepare Ribs:
Combine minced garlic and spices and rub on meat.
Put in a container and let it sit for 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Cook ribs in Dutch Oven for 1 – 1 1/2 hours. at 350°. (12" Dutch oven 8 coals bottom 17 top).
For the last 15 minutes pull out grease with a baster then pour on BBQ sauce.
To Prepare Sauce:
Saute onion in butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat through to help blend flavors.
Pour into a container and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
