Chicken:
Heat 14" Dutch oven over medium heat, then add just enough oil to cover the bottom.
Mix flour and dry ingredients together, then dredge chicken in flour mixture and fry in roaster until both sides are browned.
Cover with bourbon sauce below and cook covered for 25 to 30 minutes.
Bourbon Sauce:
Mix all sauce ingredients then pour over chicken and cook as directed above.
If you would like a thicker sauce use left over flour from chicken coating to thicken.
