Wash turkey, take out neck and gizzard.
In a deep Dutch oven boil water, add honey, cloves, sage, put turkey in mixture.
Cook at rapid boil for two hours.
Place 20 Coals on bottom 15 coals on top. Cook turkey until it reaches 170°F.
Spin turkey and baste on top every 10 minutes.
After the turkey is cooked, thicken sauce with corn starch and strain to make gravy.
