Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic. Grill on barbecue box.
Turn often and baste with butter while cooking. Sprinkle with parmesan last few minutes of grilling and cook until parmesan is browned. Keep hot until ready to serve.
Melt butter in stock pot or 12 inch Dutch oven over low heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until thickened.
Toss with hot cooked noodles. Slice chicken and serve over noodles and sauce.
Variation: Chicken can also be fried in Dutch oven or on griddle.
