1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Place onion slices in bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
3. Pat fish dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll up, starting at narrow end. Place fish rolls, seam-side down, on top of onion. Cover with foil.
4. Bake for 25 minutes or until thickest portion of fish flakes easily.
5. In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, sour cream, chili sauce and parsley until blended. Pour over fish rolls. Bake, uncovered, for about 5 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and heated through.
