1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stir well, and set aside.
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over tuna, set aside.
3. Place tuna on grill rack coated with cooking spray, grill 3 minutes on each side or until tuna is medium rare or to desired degree of doneness.
4. Serve with mayonnaise mixture.
