1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Wipe the fish dry. Season generously with salt and pepper.
3. Arrange the fillets in a single layer in a shallow oiled baking dish. Sprinkle with the onions, dill and parsley. Spoon the oil over the fish.
4. Bake about 10 minutes, basting occasionally, until the fish is just opaque in the center.
5. Spoon some of the juices over each serving and garnish with lemon wedges.
