1. Mix mayonnaise and Rotel.
2. Rub the Salmon with salt, pepper, and lemon. Coat both sides of Salmon with mayonnaise mixture and place in preheated skillet. Scoop the rest of the mixture on top of the fish.
3. Cook for 3-6 minutes on each side or until done.
