Preparation Directions:
1. In medium bowl, combine rolled oats and water let stand 5 minutes.
2. Spray large skillet or griddle with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot, or to 375°F. Add all remaining ingredients to oat mixture stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. (Batter will be thin.)
3. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter into hot skillet. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, turning when edges look cooked and bubbles begin to break on surface. Cook an additional 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Hungry Jack® Microwave Ready Syrup.
