Melt butter add brown sugar and water and blend until smooth. Pour into sprayed 9x13 dish. Drain peaches and spread over syrup. Place bread slices in a layer over peaches. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon and pour over bread. Can be refrigerated overnight at this point. If cooking next day, remove 20 minutes before baking.
Bake at 350ยบ for 45-55 minutes.
