	Leisurely Chicken And Ham

Serves: 4

Print this Recipe

   1 6-ounce package ham luncheon meat sliced cut in 2 x 1/2 -inch strips
   4 chicken breasts, skin removed
   1 10 1/2-ounce can cream of onion soup
   1 cup sour cream
   1 3-ounce can mushrooms sliced, drained
   18 round buttery crackers crushed (about 1/2 cup)

Preheat oven to 275°.

Spread ham in an 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Arrange chicken breasts on top.

In a small bowl, stir soup, sour cream and mushrooms until blended. Spoon over chicken. Cover with foil.

Bake for 3 hours or until chicken is no longer pink. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and serve.
