In a large bowl mix together the ketchup, onion, cilantro, lime juice, orange juice, and 1/2 cup water. Add the shellfish and stir to mix. Season to taste with salt. Divide among 4 large fat goblets. Top with diced avocado and garnish with lime wedges. Serve at once, cold.
