1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. In a large bowl, place cheese, ham, vegetables, cornstarch, basil, oregano, salt and pepper toss until blended. Spoon evenly into pie shell.
3. In a medium bowl, beat eggs and heavy cream until blended. Pour evenly into pie tin.
4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and set in center. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving or cool and serve at room temperature. Refrigerate leftovers.
