1. Beat Eggs with cream. Spray 8-inch square pan with Pam. Sprinkle bottom of pan with 1/2 the cheese. Top with ham. Sprinkle with remainder of cheese. Pour beaten egg over all.
2. Bake at 350° F for about 30 minutes, or until set but not brown. Cool and cut into 4 pieces.
