1. Beat eggs. Add cheeses and butter and mix well.
2. Cook and drain spinach well. Add to egg/cheese mixture. Add nutmeg and hot pepper sauce.
3. Pour into greased 3 quart baking dish and bake at 350° F for 40 minutes. Cut into square pieces.
