1. Hard cook eggs. Cool and shell, or purchase precooked, shelled eggs.
2. Cut eggs in half and remove yokes to a dish. Mash yokes and mix with yogurt, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Place yellow mixture back into shell halves. Garnish with cooked, crumbled bacon and chopped parsley.
