1. Season pork chops to taste.
2. Lightly brown pork chops in oil and place in crock-pot. Top pork chops with onion slices in the crock-pot.
3. Dissolve bouillon in hot water and pour over chops.
4. Cook on low 7 to 8 hours.
5. After the pork chops have cooked, stir sour cream into the cooking juices. Turn crock-pot to high for about 30 minutes or until liquid is slightly thickened.
