1.At least 30 minutes or up to 1 1/2 hours before serving: Line a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan with foil. In jelly roll pan, place a wire rack large enough to hold all the sausage links.
2. Crush pork rinds into fine crumbs (you will need about 1 cup). Place in a shallow bowl or pie plate set aside.
3. Place maple syrup in a second shallow bowl or pie plate. Roll sausage links in syrup, then roll in crushed pork rinds. Arrange on wire rack in jelly roll pan. If making ahead, set aside on counter up to 1 hour.
4. About 30 minutes before serving: Preheat oven to 375° for 10 minutes. Bake sausages for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.
