1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Cook vegetables according to package directions MW drain and set aside.
3. Meanwhile, cut ham into 1/2 -inch cubes (you will need about 2 1/2 cups) set aside.
4. Prepare béarnaise sauce according to package directions, substituting water for the milk.
5. In a 1 1/2 -quart casserole, mix drained vegetables, ham and sauce until blended. Sprinkle with stuffing mix and pepper.
6. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with potato patties or potato nuggets and chilled fruit.
*If sauce mix is not with the other sauce mixes, look in the specialty food section of your supermarket.
