1. Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Dice pears set aside.
2. Combine baking mix and 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, stir reserved pear syrup, cream, oil and eggs until well blended. Stir in baking mixture just until moistened. Gently stir in pears.
4. Arrange half of the sausages in baking dish. Carefully pour batter over. Arrange remaining sausages on top.
5. In a small bowl, combine splenda and remaining 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over sausages. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
6. Cut into squares and serve with syrup.
