1. Score frankfurters. In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook frankfurters in water until browned and plumped. Set frankfurters aside and rinse skillet.
2. Place apple juice, onion and brown sugar in skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in apples, cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until apples are tender. Add franks, cover and cook for 2 minutes or until franks are heated through.
