1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Cook vegetables according to package directions drain and set aside.
3. Prepare béarnaise sauce according to package directions, substituting water for the milk.
4. In a 1 1/2 -quart casserole, mix ham, drained vegetables, and sauce until blended. Sprinkle with stuffing mix and pepper.
5. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through.
*If sauce mix is not with the other sauce mixes, look in the specialty food section of your supermarket.
