1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine ground ham and pork, cracker crumbs, heavy cream, onion, eggs and pepper. Place in an ungreased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
2. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven drain off fat.
3. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, vinegar, water and mustard blend well. Spread on ham loaf bake 30 minutes longer.
