1. Mix soy flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. Coat the chops with the seasoned flour, and brown in butter.
2. Heat cream and add cream cheese, garlic salt and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, mixing well until blended.
3. Place chops in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Cover with sauce and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake at 325° F for 50 minutes, or until chops are tender.
