1. Brown the sausage with the mushrooms, onion and celery drain well. Place in a greased 9 1/2-10-inch pie pan.
2. Mix in chicken and cheese.
3. Beat eggs, cream, seasonings and parsley, if using. Pour evenly over meat mixture.
4. Bake at 350° F for 35-40 minutes until set in the center and nicely browned. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
