1. Spread mustard in bottom of pie tin.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute onion in butter for 3 minutes. Add broccoli and saute for 10 minutes or until tender and no moisture remains. Stir in poultry seasoning.
3. Spread half of the cheese in bottom of pie tin. Sprinkle broccoli mixture and chicken over cheese. Top with remaining 3/4 cup cheese.
4. In a small bowl, whisk cream and cornstarch until smooth. Whisk in eggs, salt and pepper until well blended. Pour into pie tin.
5. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and pie is set. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
