Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup almond flour
1 (10-ounce) can chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
1 (4-ounce) can mushrooms sliced
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes

Directions:

1. In medium saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour. Remove from heat. Add chicken broth stir until smooth. Cook and stir until thick. Add cream, salt, pepper, mushrooms, and parsley.
