Heat oven to 375°F. Cut butter in pieces and put in baking pan lined with foil. Place in oven to melt while preparing chicken. Mix all dry ingredients in bag. Add chicken pieces and shake until covered. Place in baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Turn and bake on other side for 30 minutes. Decrease baking time by 30 minutes if using boneless chicken.
