Mix together salt, pepper, flour, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Coat steaks with flour mixture. Heat oil in large skillet. Add cube steaks and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, until browned. Mix oregano, garlic powder and onion salt with tomato sauce and water. Pour over steaks. Cover and simmer for 1 hour on medium-low heat. Place one slice of cheese on each steak. Cover and cook one more minute, or until cheese is melted. Serve with cooked spaghetti noodles.
