Sprinkle pork chops with garlic powder. Heat oil in skillet and add chops. Cook for 7 minutes on each side until browned. Remove to platter. Add onion and green pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Combine pineapple with juice, soy sauce, honey and soup stirring until blended and stir into skillet. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils. Add chops and cook on medium-low for 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
* You can also use a pork loin roast in a crock pot. Sprinkle with garlic powder and add vegetables. Pour liquid ingredients over top. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
