Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add onion and celery and cook until tender. Combine bread cubes and spices. Pour butter mixture over bread and toss. Put dressing mixture on bottom of greased casserole dish. Cut turkey in pieces and layer on top of dressing. Mix together milk and cream of chicken soup. Spread over top of turkey. Melt butter and add bread crumbs. Stir with fork. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
NOTE: You can use 2 boxes of stuffing mix in place of bread cubes and spices.
