Melt butter in large baking dish. Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper on large plate. Wash chicken pieces. Coat with flour mixture. Arrange chicken in baking dish. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 15 minutes. Combine cream of chicken soup and buttermilk. Pour over chicken and bake for 15 minutes. Spoon gravy over mashed potatoes.
