In large skillet, heat oil. Add chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add spices and juice of lime. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until chicken in done. Add onions and green pepper. Stir-fry for a few minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender. Place fajita filling in center of tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Tuck ends in and roll up.
