Place flour in large plastic bag. Add chicken and shake, coating each piece. In a shallow bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Place bread crumbs in another shallow bowl. Dip flour-coated chicken in egg mixture and coat with crumbs. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in oil for 45 to 50 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, turning every 15 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet.
