Cut chicken in bite size pieces. Combine oil, lemon juice and spices in large bowl. Add chicken and let marinate 6-8 hours. On skewers alternate chicken, mushrooms, pineapple, green pepper and onion. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes until chicken is no longer pink in center.
