Place ribs in large pot. Cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 90 minutes. Remove from water and place on foil-lined baking sheet. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F, basting often with sauce.
Ribs can also be grilled for 10 minutes on each side basting frequently with sauce.
NOTE: You can also cook ribs in a crock-pot with 2 cups of water on low for 6 to 8 hours.
